Exercise Progressions Data CD
The purpose of this Data CD is to provide the health professional with objective assessments / screening systems which can be used in an initial assessment with your client. The documents will outline specific tests for the client with core and pelvis issues such as osteitis pubis and sacro-iliac joint injuries.

In addition to the core and pelvis screening system provided in the CD, there are strengthening exercises for the specific muscles around the core and pelvis. See below for list of exercise progressions.
The Core & Pelvis Objective Assessments will include the following:
· Ely’s Test – Rectus Femoris Test
· Hamstring Length Test
· Hip Internal Rotation
· Hip External Rotation
· Hip Flexion Single Leg
· Hip Flexion Double Leg
· Hip Extension Range (to test hip flexor length)
· Hip Abduction Range (to test inner thigh length)
· Transversus Abdominus Assessment
