In order to undertake this workshop by correspondence you will need access to a DVD player and CD player. You will also need a foam roller and spikey ball which can be purchased through our website at special discounted rates if required.
This workshop assumes you have already undertaken some studies in anatomy and physiology, such as a Certificate IV in Personal Training, Diploma of Massage or a Degree in Exercise Science or similar.
