Exercise Scientist, Lecturer and Massage Therapist.

Rebecca is a highly experienced, energetic and passionate practitioner. She works as part of the Active Anatomy team as a workshop presenter, massage therapist and exercise scientist.

She has worked closely with many physiotherapists, sports doctors, sports teams, athletes and patients with a variety of health concerns. Rebecca’s experience is a real asset to Active Anatomy.

With nearly 20 years experience in the health industry, Rebecca has much to offer her clients and workshop participants. She is an experienced swimming coach, personal trainer, corporate fitness trainer, team’s injury adviser (netball and swimming), massage therapist and exercise rehabilitation specialist.

For many years Rebecca ran a very successful program called “Stretch and Stability” which she researched, wrote and facilitated. It was a fantastic program which integrated Pilate’s concepts, relaxation techniques and exercise science. Today Rebecca’s main goal is to empower her clients with the tools needed to manage their own health.

She focuses on treating the whole person – creating programs for her clients which are tailored to individual needs through optimizing biomechanics via posture analysis, massage therapy and exercise rehabilitation.

Her clear and calm demeanour makes her a great presenter and Rebecca is very much enjoying the opportunity to share her knowledge and experience in the Active Anatomy workshops.
